We are coming to the end of the proposed 10 year term of the Assessment District established to support installation, maintenance, and operation of the traffic signals on Santa Rosa Road. Assessment District collections will pay-off the remaining balance on this agreement this tax year.

Left Turn Signals on Santa Rosa Road Impeding Traffic Flow

The current configuration of the Left Turn signals on Santa Rosa Road is that turns are only allowed when the signals display a Green Arrow. It has been suggested that these should be modified to also allow Left Turns when the through signal is Green and traffic allows.

Santa Rosa Rd Traffic being blocked at Applewood Ln

It appears there is a very dangerous situation at Santa Rosa Road and Applewood Lane during the evening peak traffic period. Drivers traveling West on Santa Rosa Road that want to turn South into the Wildwood development are being throttled by the Left Turn signal. Traffic Signals at Moorpark and Santa Rosa Roads

The signals at this intersection were the greatest issue at the time the new signals were activated. The new traffic signals have now been in operation for approximately one month.
